The firm was founded in 1982 as a cost consultancy for owners and design professionals. Over the past 28 years we have broadened our scope of services to include every aspect of program, project, and construction management.

Our diverse staff includes architects, engineers, contractors, estimators, and scheduling experts. O'Connor staff members have experience working on every conceivable type of building and infrastructure project.
