LAS VEGAS, NV - Clark County Shooting Park is planned to be the largest shooting facility in the United States. The 2,900 acre park is being built in phases by Clark County. At full build-out, it is anticipated that 900 acres will be developed and the remaining site will serve as a buffer for the surrounding community.

O'Connor provided cost estimating services for this $45 million project which includes: site preparation, drainage channels, all other site infrastructure, six buildings, and multiple gun and archery ranges which are on the 200 acre portion of the park. O'Connor is now providing CPM scheduling services for the general contractor for construction of Phase 1 buildings which include:

• Park Office Building
• Shotgun Building
• Rifle/Pistol Building
• Hunter Education Building
• Maintenance Building
• Utility Building

Phase I of the park is expected to open in October 2009.
