The U.S. General Services Administration has awarded O'Connor Construction Management, Inc., an on-call, Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide construction management services for Large and Small projects in GSA Regions 4-10. Under this contract vehicle, we are eligible to propose on work in 38 different states. This BPA process is an effort to standardize Construction Manager as agent (CMa) practices nationwide, and is comprised of Professional Engineering Services (871) schedule contract holders.
