Project Description:

O'Connor is continuing our already successful relationship with Allan Hancock College by acting as the Program Manager, including cost estimating and scheduling services, for the Measure I Program.

Northern Santa Barbara County approved Measure I in June of 2006, which allows for $180 million to be used for general facilities at Allan Hancock College. Funds in Measure I will be applied to building new facilities, improving existing facilities, and upgrading campus technology. Measure I includes the following major capital projects:

• Childcare Center
• One Stop Student Services
• Public Safety Complex
• Science/Health Occupations Complex
• Community Education Building

Prior to Measure I, O'Connor provided construction management services for the District's new Academic Resources Building.
