Project Description:

Located adjacent to the original Wynn Las Vegas, the new Encore Wynn is 20-acre, 61-story hotel tower features more than 2,300 luxury rooms and suites. This project also includes:

• 60,000 SF casino
• meeting rooms
• high-end retail boutiques and restaurants
• day spa
• pools

Working in conjunction with Wynn Design and Development, O'Connor reviewed all of the Contractor's schedules for contractual compliance and feasibility. The construction schedules contain over 15,000 activities covering the high rise tower and low rise gaming, entertainment, and back-of-house spaces. The work was also fast-tracked, design-build, and phased, with heavily constrained site access.
