Project Description:

O’Connor is providing CPM scheduling services for the upcoming Wynn Las Vegas mega-resort extension, Encore. The upcoming Wynn Las Vegas mega-resort extension, Encore, is a 20-acre, 61-story hotel tower that will feature more than 2,700 luxury rooms and suites. It will also include a 40,000 SF casino, concert hall, high-end retail boutiques and restaurants, 100,000 SF atrium with 70-foot tall trees, and 80-foot tall glass curtainwalls.

Working in conjunction with Wynn Design and Development, we are reviewing all of the Contractor’s schedules, including the baseline and monthly updates.

Encore at Wynn Las Vegas is scheduled to open between Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2008.
