Project Description:

O'Connor worked with the Pleasanton Unified School District for almost 18 years. In 1998, the City of Pleasanton passed Bond Measure B, granting $68 million toward the repair, expansion, and modernization of existing school facilities. In addition to the bond, over $150 million of developer fee and leveraged funding has been provided for these school projects.

O'Connor provided a broad range of program and construction management services for over 20 projects, and helped bring the program in on-schedule and on-budget.
