Project Description:

In 2002, O'Connor was selected to provide program and construction management services during the final 3 phases of the Building for Excellence Program, assisting the District in over $120 million of new construction and modernization projects. Our program and project management responsibilities for the District during this period, included the development and monitoring of program and project budgets and schedules, implementing the CM/GC process, and overall oversight of the program design and construction procedures.

Since the completion of the Building for Excellence Program in 2005, O'Connor led the District's effort in the development of a Long Range Facilities Master Plan. We also assisted in the preparation of the Measure A bond program, which passed successfully in June 2008.
