Project Description:

From 2001 to 2009, O'Connor worked on a number of fronts to assist the District with the successful implementation of Proposition MM, a $1.5 billion bond that funded the modernization of 161 existing schools and construction of 15 new and rebuilt schools. We were contracted by the District to provide construction managers and at every instance, we were able to furnish the District with qualified staff.

Modernization and addition work included: ADA upgrades, new library buildings, new science classrooms, permanent classroom buildings to replace old portables, lunch court shade shelters, playground equipment, new roofs, and major repair projects. Many projects were completed concurrently with our construction manager and administrators providing on-site services throughout the District. We have successfully completed construction of 4 new and rebuilt schools including Lincoln High School.
