Project Description:

Since 2001, O'Connor has served as a consultant to supplement the District's in-house constructibility review team. The goal of this constructibility review program is to minimize all potential change orders, and use our construction expertise to determine what information is missing from drawings, not just reacting to what is presented in the documents.

The District's program involves the coordination of drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, environmental recommendations, use of site, work restrictions, District-furnished equipment and reviewing structural calculations.
