Project Description:

OCMI is working with district approved architects to support design efforts for projects included in the district's Proposition S Bond Measure. This $2.1 billion bond provides funding for repairs, renovations, and modernizations and will improve overall conditions at neighborhood schools throughout the district. Utilizing OCMI's thorough knowledge of district standards gained through our work with Proposition MM, we are providing expert cost analysis of several K-12 facilities, including:

• University City High School Modernizations
• Memorial Academy
• School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA)
• Hamilton Elementary School
