Project Description:

O'Connor provided a parametric estimate for the Largo Hospital project, which involves a 128,000 SF, 4-story addition to the existing 98,000 SF facility. The existing facility was modernized as part of the program, which also included a new 3-story, 721-car parking garage, open parking spaces and site alterations. The program addition included Exam/Operating theaters, Outpatient clinic, Urgent care unit, Medical imaging, Radiology, Pharmacy, Outpatient surgery, Preoperative services, Administration, and Staff amenities as part of the addition. The existing building modernization included Primary care, Specialty care, Behavioral medicine, Clinical laboratory, Medical imaging for outpatients, Outpatient procedures, Administrative services, and a Conference room.

The parametric estimate was based upon program departmental areas and provided Kaiser with a cost per square foot estimate for each department T.I.
