This new, 3-story district courthouse includes:

• Office suites for nine justices
• Courtroom
• Settlement conference center
• Law library
• 100 secure parking spaces

Our services for this 55,000 SF facility included comparative cost studies to analyze the cost implications of a concrete or steel structure. In addition to the conceptual and schematic level estimates, our estimators also participated in a full-day value engineering session.
