Project Description:
O'Connor is working with the City of Henderson to build the first public amenities for the city's 160-acre Heritage Park development.
The 29,800 SF Senior Center includes:
- Exercise room, game room, dance room, and wellness center
- 2 craft rooms
- Demonstration kitchen
- Mini-mart store
- Outdoor plaza with bocce ball
The 43,800 SF Aquatic Facility includes:
- 14-lane competition pool
- Shallow therapy pool
- Separate senior lockers and family bathrooms
Both buildings will be LEED certified.
