Project Description:

O'Connor was the project manager for the renovation of the Yountville Veteran's Home Member Services Building. This 2-story building was over 60 years old and went through a complete gut & remodel. Features of the 70,000 SF building include:

• Grocery store
• 6-Lane Bowling alley
• Barber shop
• Library and media center
• Game rooms
• Two Lounges
• Bar and Restaurant facilities
• Exercise Room and Wellness Center
• KVET Radio station and A/V room
• Music/Multi-purpose room
• Museum with Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korean and Vietnam War archives

The Member Services Building began construction in August 2008 and completed in July 2010. The project is also certified LEED® Silver.
