Project Description:

O'Connor is the project manager for the renovation of the 2-story Yountville Veteran's Home Member Services Building. This 70,000 SF building is over 60 years old and will go through a complete gut & remodel to include:

• Grocery store
• 6-Lane Bowling alley
• Barber shop
• Library and media center
• Game rooms and lounges
• Bar and Restaurant facilities
• Exercise Room and Wellness Center
• KVET Radio station and A/V room
• Music/Multi-purpose room
• Museum with Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korean and Vietnam War archives

The project will also be LEED® Silver certified.
