Project Description:

Known as the birthplace of Las Vegas and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Las Vegas Springs Preserve is a cultural and historical attraction designed to celebrate Las Vegas' history and provide a vision for a sustainable future.

This 180-acre project includes:

• 176,000 SF of interactive exhibits and educational galleries/training centers
• 79,000 SF Nevada State museum
• Botanical gardens
• Playgrounds
• Outdoor concert and event venues
• Indoor theater
• 2 ½ miles of trails containing more than 30,000 plants

The Las Vegas Springs Preserve is a Platinum LEED certified project.
