Project Description:
The new 124,000 SF Tuscaloosa Federal Courthouse Building will provide courtroom and office space for the following federal tenants:
- U.S. District Court
- U.S. Bankruptcy Court
- U.S. Probation/Pretrial
- U.S. Marshals Service
- U.S. Attorney
- U.S. General Services Administration
- Senate and Congressional Offices
- Social Security Administration
- Federal Bureau of Investigation
O'Connor has been committed to this project since the beginning. With the exception of GSA's COR and the CxA, O'Connor and our team have been the only management staff to remain since NTP for design commenced in 2005.
