Project Description:

The new, Venice-Hope Recreation Center is being developed through a Public Private partnership to provide a community education and recreation facility for new and existing residents in the South Park neighborhood.

The scope of the 4-story project includes:

• Indoor recreation
• Educational services
• Outdoor basketball court

This building will be LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
