Project Description:

Proposition F is a local bond initiative to improve existing fire facilities and construct new ones for the City of Los Angeles' Fire Department.

Some Proposition F projects include:

• Air Operations and Maintenance Facility relocation
• General Services Helicopter Fleet Maintenance building
• Los Angeles Fire/Paramedics Station #5, 43, 59, 77, 78, 81, 83, 84, and 87

The 20 new fire stations over 7,500 SF were all required to be LEED Certified.
