Project Description:

O'Connor served as the Project Manager for the renovation/seismic retrofit and addition of the City's historic Firehouse Station. Built in 1929, Fire Station One was constructed with bricks from Pleasanton’s Remillard Brick foundry. The new 2-story, 20,000 SF Arts Center includes the following program components:

  • Theater with flexible seating for 240
  • 2,000 SF Art gallery
  • 2 Art classrooms
  • 1,350 SF Grand lobby
  • Offices
  • Outside reception area
  • Firehouse gardens
  • Parking lot
