Project Description:

O'Connor provided construction management services for the new City of Dublin on this new community center project. The original community center was shut down in 2004 due to excess mold damage and a new building was essential to meet the needs of the City.

The scope of this project includes a new $9.4 million, 20,000 SF community center. Features of the community center include:

• a large events space
• catering kitchen
• two preschool classrooms
• adjustable meeting rooms
• staff offices
• separate park restroom facilities
• mechanical and storage basement

This project is also LEEDŽ Silver certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
