Project Description:

Located in an 11-acre waterfront park, Coronado's civic center complex features two buildings: a city hall and a community center. Working on a very tight deadline, O'Connor provided cost estimating services to the Architect. Our estimate varied from the low bid by only 0.9%.

The 16,000 SF City Hall building includes rooms for:

• Engineering and Project Development
• Community Development
• Administrative Services
• City Manager
• City Council chambers
• Conference areas

The 40,000 SF Community Center features include:

• Gymnasium
• Banquet facility
• Playhouse theater
• Fitness facility
• Two swimming pools
• Climbing wall
• Kitchen
