Professionalism: Continued education and pursuit of professional certifications and degrees at O’Connor is highly encouraged. Our staff of estimators includes Certified Professional Estimators (CPEs), Certified Estimating Professionals (CEP), Quantity Surveyors, LEED APs, and licensed engineers, architects or general contractors.

Software: We pride ourselves on using cutting-edge technology to generate quality deliverables. Our firm utilizes a variety of software tools depending on our client's specific needs, including: @RISK – Range Estimating Software, MCACES, PACES, C3 (proprietary estimating software), OST (on-screen take-off), and Autodesk Navisworks to link 3D models to project schedules for 4D simulation. The chart shown below is an application of @RISK software using monte carlo simulation to project a range of possible construction costs and value engineering to help bring the best possible value to a project.
