Scheduling consulting has been an integral part of O'Connor's services since the firm's inception. We integrate our scheduling expertise in all our service offerings. Schedule Review
O'Connor strongly believes that there is great value in conducting a detailed schedule review, whether it is a baseline or an update. Our reviews help clients thoroughly understand schedule-related issues on the project and recommend actions, if necessary, to reduce risk.
Our schedule review is a two part process. The first part is a review of the schedule's compliance with the contractual requirements. The second part is a thorough constructibility review, which involves examining the project schedule to determine whether logic and/or duration issues exist.
