OCMI provided project/construction management services for the $120-million Warren J. Baker Center for Science and Mathematics.
The Center encompasses 189,000 GSF and includes instructional and research facilities for Chemistry and Biochemistry, Physics, and Soil Science; classrooms and laboratory spaces; and faculty offices and administrative spaces.
Sustainable features on the project included daylighting, rainwater harvesting, green roofs, and recycled content.
