As part of OCMI’s contract with Clark County Public Schools, our team provided cost estimating services for the new $27 million Vassiliadis Elementary School.
The school spans more than 100,000 SF in a new two-story design. It accommodates up to 850 students in 53 classrooms, which encompass Flex and STEM spaces, in addition to a library, art classroom. The school educates students from early childhood through fifth grade.
