World Class William F. Harrah College of Hospitality opens at UNLV
The William F. Harrah College of Hospitality plays a dramatic role in the hospitality industry. Ranked as one of the country’s top two college hospitality programs, it impacts students, the Las Vegas community, and the State of Nevada. Unique features of the 98,000 square feet building include a PGA golf management learning center, student-run café, test kitchen, beverage lab, and classroom, laboratory and meeting space designed to encourage collaboration and a sense of community between students, faculty, and industry professionals. This project also achieved LEED Silver certification.
OCMI provided independent cost estimates at each stage of design for Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architecture, change order review, as well as CMAR reconciliation for the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality.
