O’Connor was founded in 1982 by Colm O’Connor as a cost consultancy for owners and design professionals. We have offices throughout the United States and are proud to be a robust and diverse organization of nearly 70 construction management professionals. Over the past three-plus decades, we have broadened our scope of services to excel at every aspect of program, project and construction management.
Today, Ciaran O’Connor carries on the family tradition, serving as OCMI’s Chairman. Ciaran oversees and directs the organization’s operations and sets the tone for OCMI’s philosophy of client-focused customer service. Justin Peterson holds the role of President, where he manages and leads our O’C Insight platform of estimating, scheduling, and construction and project management solutions. Together, under their leadership, OCMI is continuously leading the way at protecting our clients’ best interests.
