OCMI has been selected for a three-year contract to perform project budgeting, construction cost estimating, value engineering, cost control, bid tabulation reviews, change order and claims analysis in support of Maryland Stadium Authority’s (MSA) capital construction program. The projects include convention centers, museums, theaters, school facilities, parks and campus centers, sports complexes, and more. OCMI will work with MSA on the new Hagerstown Multi-Use Sports and Events Facility.
