OCMI led the project and construction management effort for SDSU’s first ever mixed-use project, South Campus Plaza.

The $140 million high-rise development includes housing for over 600 students and faculty, above ground floor retail stores, and 350-space adjacent parking structure. The project received LEED Silver certification and was completed in January 2018.

Located near the transit center, the new South Campus Plaza represents a dynamic gateway between the University and surrounding community.
