OCMI provided construction management and inspection services for the expansion and renovation of SJSU’s Student Union building.
The new, $91 million project, was broken out into several phases, including demolition and renovation of existing areas, along with the construction of 97,000 SF of new spaces to service student union staff and students. The final phase renovated and seismically braced more than 100,000 SF of the existing building.
OCMI’s construction management team expertly oversaw the execution of the project’s multiple phases.
