The Culinary Health Fund selected OCMI to develop a total project cost for the renovation and addition of a $19 million, 60,000-SF full-service health center that includes: urgent care, imaging, vision, dental, pediatric and adult care, and a large pharmacy.

After providing cost estimating services, the client contracted OCMI to provide construction management services during bid and construction phases, including: supervision of on-site contractors and sub-contractors, coordination between all project parties, conducting QA/QC and inspection services, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

The Culinary Health provides health care benefits, including medical, dental, and vision to approximately 55,000 workers and 70,000 dependents in the Las Vegas area. Through a unique collaboration with the medical community, the renovated Health Center provides patients with high-quality care in an environment distinguished by increased access to a variety of medical services and relentless focus on the patient experience.
