OCMI was hired by the Bureau of Reclamation for numerous Design, Estimating, and Construction (DEC) reviews to ensure that the project’s design, cost estimating, and construction are technically sound and appropriate for Reclamation leadership decision making.

We worked directly with the DEC Review team members as the Cost Estimating Subject Matter Expert, which involved site visits / investigation, reviews of current cost estimates, and a final report deliverable. Projects to date include:

• Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion
• Anderson Ranch Dam, Boise River Basin
• San Luis Low Point Improvement
• Yolo Bypass Salmonid Habitat Restoration and Fish Passage
