OCMI was awarded an on-call cost estimating contract with Auburn University to support a wide range of capital projects, including project delivery support, repairs and renovations, small and large public works, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects requiring accelerated response and enhanced service delivery. The contract includes a one-year base term with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Services under the contract may include comprehensive cost estimating, reconciliation, and preconstruction support such as budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and related advisory services. OCMI has supported and continues to support numerous task orders under this agreement, including:
