OCMI is providing comprehensive cost estimating services for the SUNY Delhi North Hall project, supporting the College’s evaluation of renovation versus new construction alternatives for its expanding Mechatronics program. Our services include a comparative lifecycle cost analysis of a new net-zero facility versus renovation of the existing North Hall, as well as program verification, concept, schematic design, design manual, and pre-bid phase estimates, along with cost reconciliation services for the selected option. The facility will create a new academic hub for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing, with specialized classrooms and laboratories, cutting-edge instructional equipment, and expanded capacity to support enrollment growth and evolving industry needs. The project also includes associated site improvements and enabling work to relocate the University Police Department.
