Culinary Health Center Opens 3rd Facility with Project Management Support from OCMI

 

On April 2nd, Culinary Health Center celebrated opening its third healthcare facility in North Las Vegas with a Ribbon Cutting. The facility is designed to serve the members of the Culinary Union and their families. This is the second ground-up facility completed by the team of ORG Portfolio Management LLC, Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects, The PENTA Building Group, and OCMI, among numerous other partners. The OCMI Las Vegas team actively participated during preconstruction and construction to provide construction management and cost estimating services.
