“I wanted to be part of a company where every day brings a new challenge and a chance to learn.”
Q: Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?
A: Construction has always been part of my life, my dad owned a construction company, and I grew up watching projects come to life from the ground up. That early exposure sparked my interest in how things are built. Over time, I was drawn to the analytical side of the process. Estimating allows me to combine strategic thinking with technical understanding to bring real value to a project.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working here?
A: I really enjoy the range of projects I get to be involved in, no two are alike, which keeps my work both challenging and exciting. The team environment is also a major plus; everyone is supportive and always willing to help. I also appreciate the flexibility of the hybrid work model, which helps me stay productive and balanced.
Q: What has been your most meaningful accomplishment so far?
A: The most meaningful accomplishment for me has been the positive feedback I’ve received from clients. Knowing that my work helps them make informed decisions and brings real value to their projects is incredibly rewarding. Each success reinforces my confidence and passion for what I do.
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy staying active. I follow soccer and cricket, and like to catch a match when I can. I also make it a habit to get some exercise after work to unwind. On weekends, I enjoy exploring new places, whether it’s trying out a restaurant or taking a short trip. It keeps life outside of work fun and refreshing.
