Q: What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

A: I’ve always been intrigued by artificial intelligence and how it is revolutionizing the construction industry. I am consistently learning how AI is being implemented by others, as it aligns with my passion for innovation and adapting to emerging technologies.

Q: What is the most important lesson that you’ve learned working with the team?

A: The significance of well-defined systems and processes. Maintaining consistency in our approach while remaining flexible for our clients has reinforced my belief that systems and processes are the backbone of a high-performing team, enabling us to achieve our goals with precision and reliability.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A: Outside of work, one of my favorite activities is riding our mud boat on Caddo Lake. There’s something incredibly mesmerizing about navigating through the lush, twisting waterways, surrounded by Spanish moss hanging from the cypress trees.

A: As our company continues to innovate and evolve, I see myself becoming a catalyst for innovation. Whether it’s through proposing new ideas, exploring unconventional methods, or contributing to process improvements, I thrive in an environment where pushing boundaries and finding creative solutions to complex problems is not just encouraged but embraced.
