Evolve Student Housing Project at SDSU Kicks Off Phase 1

 

OCMI is proud to partner with San Diego State University on the Evolve Student Housing development, a major student housing project bringing over 3,000 new beds to campus.

Last week, the project team—including Design-Build partners Swinerton Builders and Gensler—gathered to launch Phase 1 construction. This critical milestone marks progress in SDSU’s long-term strategy to meet growing student housing demand while enhancing the campus community experience. As the program management team, OCMI, is honored to support SDSU in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient housing infrastructure that will benefit students for future generations.
