OCMI is proud to announce Heike Salewski-Smith as Seattle Regional Manager. Heike, a skilled cost manager with over 20 years of experience, has been key to our growth across the Pacific Northwest.

In her new role, Heike will lead and expand OCMI’s cost estimating, scheduling, and construction management services in the region. This will enhance our ability to serve public agencies, higher education institutions, federal partners, and private sector clients.

Heike’s expertise in project controls, combined with her strengths in client management and operational leadership, demonstrates OCMI’s values in action. These skills have helped OCMI deliver on complex national programs. She lives OCMI’s values by focusing on client results and supporting her team’s growth.

As Regional Manager, Heike will work with our Pacific Northwest and corporate leaders to strengthen our regional footprint. This ensures clients benefit from OCMI’s integrated cost, schedule, and construction management approach.
