With more than 26 years of experience, John has been instrumental in shaping OCMI’s scheduling and project controls practice.

A recognized authority in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and a seasoned Primavera P6 user, John offers unmatched accuracy and insight across projects of all sizes. His work includes public safety facilities, courthouses, government buildings, infrastructure, and telecommunications. Known for his ability to step seamlessly into complex projects, John combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach that clients and colleagues highly value.
