The 67,260 square foot Glenn & Ande Christenson School of Education Building at Nevada State College (NSC) houses its early childhood education center and speech pathology clinic. The new building includes classrooms, hands-on learning spaces, labs, speech-language pathology spaces, offices, and a state-of-the-art preschool with an innovative educational environment to train new preschool teachers that will help alleviate the Nevada teacher shortage. OCMI provided SD, DD, 50%, and 100% CD phase cost estimates with a variance of only 2.7% from the CMaR GMP.
