Topping Out Milestone for SDSU’s Evolve Student Housing Project

 

OCMI is proud to celebrate the topping out of the Evolve Student Housing project at San Diego State University with TWO major milestones: the Amenity Building and the 9-story Flex Residential Building. This marks a significant step forward in delivering over 3,000 new student housing beds to support SDSU’s expanding campus community.

As SDSU’s Construction Manager, OCMI is working closely with Swinerton Builders and Gensler on this transformative Collaborative Design-Build higher education housing project. Together, we’re helping SDSU realize its vision for modern, affordable, and sustainable student housing that enhances the campus experience for generations to come.
