With over 20 years of experience in AEC marketing, Alison has played a pivotal role in shaping OCMI’s brand and driving its strategic growth. Her journey from office manager to senior director and now vice president is a testament to her dedication, vision, and impact. She currently oversees marketing operations across 12 nationwide offices and leads initiatives in performance benchmarking, reporting, and strategic growth.
