Patricia Baricelli has long been one of OCMI’s most distinguished and reliable team members. As Senior Billing & AR Manager, she knows the ins and outs of every project, invoice, and contract. Her attention to detail is unmatched, her standards are unwavering, and her tenacity is well known across the firm! Patricia runs point with our regional managers and clients, navigating countless personalities and priorities with steadiness and grace. Month after month, she keeps the keel stabilized and ensures accuracy, no matter how complex the workload.
This past year, she also exemplified our values of One Team and Meaningful Service by mentoring a new team member with patience, empathy, and her signature precision – elevating the team around her.
