Sara Collins Named Associate Director of Cost Management and Regional Cost Manager at OCMI
Collins Promotion Signifies Expansion of OCMI in the Gulf South
OCMI is proud to announce the promotion of Sara Collins to Associate Director of Cost Management and Regional Cost Manager of its Mid-Atlantic operations. Collins is a skilled pre-construction cost manager who has brought significant regional growth to the firm.
Collins has worked in the construction industry since 2009, developing client relationships based on quality, trust, and value with clients in higher education, government and the private sector. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of comprehensive cost estimating across all phases of design and construction, as well as various construction delivery methods. Residing in Alabama, Collins is expanding OCMI’s cost management services in the Gulf South, most notably with Auburn University.
As an Associate Director of Cost Management and Regional Cost Manager, Collins leads the Mid-Atlantic-based estimating team, ensuring accurate budget analysis and cost management for design and construction projects, and supporting business development and client relationship initiatives. This will enhance OCMI’s ability to serve public agencies, higher education institutions, federal partners, and private-sector clients.
