OCMI Promotes Justin Dorsey to Vice President, Construction Management Leadership Role

Dorsey’s Elevation Strengthens OCMI’s Growth in Project & Program Management Services

OCMI proudly announces the promotion of Justin Dorsey to Vice President with a focus on project & program management services. Since joining the firm in 2019, Justin has led complex, multi-disciplinary project teams and has successfully delivered award-winning construction programs at San Diego State University and for several of OCMI’s higher education clients.

Justin brings more than 14 years of experience in project management, construction management, and project controls for clients nationwide. His portfolio includes over $1 billion in design and construction projects for entities such as the City of Atlanta, State of California, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, as well as various private and commercial clients.

Justin is both a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with the Construction Management Association of America and a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

In his new role as Vice President, Dorsey will focus on standardizing processes and operations across OCMI’s CM/PM business line, strengthening teams through enhanced training and resources, and expanding the CM/PM practice nationally.

“I aim to grow and support our regional teams to deliver CM/PM services to new clients and broaden our presence in additional market sectors,” says Justin. “These objectives support our overall strategy to increase OCMI’s visibility and strengthen our competitive position in both existing and new markets.”

OCMI President Neil Murphy adds: “Justin has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing OCMI’s construction and project management practice, strengthening client relationships, and elevating team performance. His steady judgment, ability to bring order to complex programs, and commitment to mentoring our staff have made him a key driver of OCMI’s growth. In this new role, I’m excited to work with Justin to advance and unify our project and program management service offerings across the firm to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in how we deliver for our clients.”
