OCMI Supports Pacific Village Expansion in San Bernardino

The OCMI Construction Management team is proud to support San Bernardino County as construction begins on Phase II of the Pacific Village Platinum Campus in Highland, California. The 6.8-acre expansion is a joint effort led by the county departments of Behavioral Health, Aging and Adult Services-Public Guardian, and Community Development and Housing. It will provide vital comprehensive support services and a continuum of care for the county’s unhoused residents.

In partnership with San Bernardino County, Perkins Eastman, and W.E. O’Neil Construction, OCMI has played a key role since preconstruction, helping to initiate the Design/Build process, validating the budget, and conducting design review. We remain committed to this important project for the community through occupancy and turnover.

This milestone reflects our continued dedication to advancing housing solutions, supporting public health, and advancing community well-being throughout California.
