Not for self, but for all, this community’s first new fire station in 15 years was constructed within budget.

OCMI provided cost estimating services for the design and construction of Fire Station No. 91, the first new community first new station in the City of Henderson, Nevada to open in 15 years.

The 11,600 SF, $5.8 million building includes seven (7) dorm rooms with space for four more, plus three (3) apparatus bays, training facilities, and rescue off-road vehicle, to help firefighters get to hikers in hard-to-reach terrains.

Fire Station 91 serves the Inspirada and Madeira Canyon areas of Henderson.
